How is average current calculated?
Average current is the current your power supply must deliver to the pulser (it's not the same thing as peak current, which is current provided to the load during a pulse). The formula is:
I = P / V,
I = average current in Amperes
P = average power in Watts
V = voltage in Volts
Due to internal losses, the actual current may be up to 10% greater than this figure.
